Using No Kings
No Kings Solitaire is licensed for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the app on Apple devices associated with your App Store account as permitted by Apple's rules.
These terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's standard agreement, Apple's agreement controls.
Gameplay and progress
Scores, streaks, levels, completed hands, and other game records are for entertainment only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not represent money, prizes, ownership, status, or a promise of future content. Locally stored progress may be lost if the app or its data is deleted.
Advertising
The free version may display third-party advertising. Advertising availability, content, and frequency may change. Ad providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. See the No Kings Privacy Policy for more information.
Remove Ads purchase
Remove Ads is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It is not a subscription. Once Apple verifies the entitlement, the app will stop requesting or displaying advertising.
Purchases, refunds, billing, family sharing availability, and restoration are governed by Apple's App Store rules. No Kings does not receive or store your payment-card information.
Availability and updates
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, artwork, rules presentation, scoring, advertising, and compatibility may be improved or changed over time. We may correct errors, discontinue features, or stop offering the app where reasonably necessary.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. Do not attempt to manipulate purchases, advertising, app security, or stored game records in a way that harms the app or others.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of—or inability to use—the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the app changes. A revised effective date will appear on this page. Continuing to use a later version of the app after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
